Our Fulfillment Program:

1. Grocery Gap Orders: Bridging the gap with supplementary grocery orders to augment Food Bank resources.
2. Clothing and Footwear Access: Year-round free access to seasonally appropriate clothing and footwear for all.
3. Situational Crisis Support: Providing start-over kits with essentials like linens, towels, and kitchenware during times of crisis.

PLEASE NOTE:

1. No Cross Posting Allowed: If our team finds this same request is posted elsewhere, your request with us will be suspended.
2. Assistance (once approved) may take up to 3 days to fulfill (unless otherwise communicated).
3. Limit of ONE request for assistance per 90 day cycle per address/unit (unless otherwise communicated).
4. If you live outside of Barrie city limits but within a 40km radius of Barrie City Hall, your request needs to be submitted via an agency (can include an OW/ODSP case worker) and will need to be picked up from our warehouse.
5. Leaving out details like clothing sizes and incorrect contact info could delay response. PLEASE review for accuracy.
